The best thing ever.

Just a little doodle of the best thing to happen to Archie Comics like... ever. Kevin and Clay are ADORABLE. Kevin is just... such a likeable character. I love him to death. Moreso, I love what he and Clay represent. Yes, gay characters have been done (and probably even marriages have been done before as well).. but the Riverdale gang reaches such a large range of people that it carries that much more weight. I have my copy of the marriage issue and you better believe I will get that sucker signed and framed!!

One day, I hope I'm lucky enough to get to work on a Kevin Keller comic. That would be MASSIVELY cool.

Practice.

So, I'm doing my best to get as much practice working with the style of Archie comics as I can. I LOVE Dan DeCarlo's work, so it's really fun for me! Obviously I'm a long way from a legend like him, but I'm going to do my best either way!

So there we go! (Talk about needing more practice, eh?! Oh well!) My favourite Archie pairing.. EVER. BettyxJuggie is my faaavourite! Although, I'm starting to like ReggiexBetty in the new Archie Marries Veronica comics!

Anyway! Have a good week everyone!

Great week!

A little news: I had a little portfolio review with Archie Comics today and it went very well! I got a LOT of constructive feedback as well as some really positive comments. VERY VERY happy! I'm going to keep working hard to impress them!

Ok! Now that I've said that, I have the coloured version complete!!

Really quick colouring job, actually. I wanted to have it in my portfolio for today.. so I stayed up (insanely) late and finished it! Hope ya like!

Have a great week!! I know mine pretty much can't get any better!
