Midnight jog?

One of the pieces I've coloured this weekend.. the other I'm a little stuck with one part, but it'll happen.

The colours on this totally didn't go where I had planned. I was going for flat old school comic colours, left it for a few weeks and then ended up playing with silhouettes. I haven't done them before, and I love them so much!

So there you have it!

Busy weekend!

Sorry about the lack of update last week. I had intended to update once more before the weekend, but life got ahead of me.. and since I spent the weekend at two concerts (Britney Spears and LMFAO!), I ran outta time! But, here we go!

Here we have Alexis all finished! I'm not satisfied with this though... there's something about it that's bothering me. Hrm. Oh well! It was still fun (and I like her corset, haha. Are we noticing a trend?)

Disappointed

Another gift for a friend.. but it actually goes with my series of drawings. ("Jaded" and "Hopeful")

This friend was actually the inspiration for another picture (http://ginnymilling.blogspot.com/2010/05/weekly-doodles.html)  and part of the inspiration for Alexis! Although Alexis is a combo of a couple of people. I'm definitely going to enjoy writing her.

Art therapy?

Got a little stressed out last night and while I finished writing the first chapter of my story (and started the scripting!) I just didn't feel like doing any artwork related to it.

Which lead to that. (Side note: One day, I want to own an outfit like her's.)
