Practicing again

Holy smokes!

First off, I would like to thank everyone who has checked out my blog over the last couple days ... all nearly 300 of you! I am FLOORED! I love you all!

Now back to business!

I doodled this one up a little while ago! It's not perfect by any stretch of the imagination, but for some reason I like it! I really want to keep doodling more like these!

In any case, thanks again everyone! This has been a nice little early birthday present!

Old and New

Couple of sketches this week. One is a little piece of fan-art I'm working on and the other is an older piece I drew on a mark sheet back in school. Makes me really nostalgic. Man, I really miss school!

I'm doing my best to get into a life drawing class (man they're difficult to find around here!) so hopefully that'll cure my desperate need to get back into a classroom, haha. Of course, the studying of anatomy isn't a bad thing either! ;)

Back from the dead!

Augh! Can't describe the torture it was to be without my Sai. But! Thanks to a certain AMAZING Papa of mine, I can draw again! It's fantastic!

So here we go!

This was a gift for the man in my life! It was his birthday on the 21st.. so I was a little late getting it done (for obvious reasons), but ... again, this is pretty normal for me. Colours coming soon! A cookie for anyone that can guess which picture inspired me for this pic!
