Okay, so I totally didn’t know it was Mark’s birthday today (technically yesterday) but it kinda worked out for the best!

So I think this drawing session was the best so far! I really had fun! Also, I know the ties for the pictures are incorrect, but I just really love that stark red contrast! Anyway! I hope you all like! And happy birthday, Mark!!

What Took You So Long?

Same idea as my Dean sketches... using screen caps for practice! I think Benny's were a lot more successful.. which is good! Improvement! Woohoo! (Plus it helps that Ty Olsson is really, really fun to draw.)

Catching up.

Not on posts (I know. I think hell froze over) .. but on sketches that have been building up in my books!

And there we go! Most of these were done at work the last little while.. And I'm a little surprised I sketch anything at work at all! It's a little intimidating having an entire table staring at you while you're sketching. (Not being egotistical, they were just watching haha. But it makes me so nervous!)

Anywho, more to come for sure. I'd also like to wish everyone a happy and safe St. Patty's Day! Go ruin your livers but remember to behave and never EVER EVER drink and drive.

One of my favourites..

I've been obsessed with the BBC Sherlock (again) recently and I've been meaning to just sit down and draw out my favourite hero for AGES, but just never got around to it. Well, today I finally did. Just a bunch of 1-2 minute doodles. Nothing fancy.

I just LOVE Benedict Cumberbatch... he's just perfect in the role and he's got such a great body type! Haha, I just want to draw it all the time.

Rough times.... not getting better?

So... my mac died a few more times over the last couple days. Yeesh. Hopefully now it's stable and ready to go for a little longer:

More catch-up!

More things to catch up with.  Same thing, working with character designs. In this case, it's just one character mostly: Benjamin. In his case, he's actually one part of the bakery couple from before, but his background/personality are different. Ben is also taller. Considerably. So.. really... all I kept about "David" was the look. Hah. I guess that's how it goes when you like the look of a character!

Anyway. I'll stop now! More catch-up stuff to come this week.

I was relieved to realize that, while I hadn't updated, I was actually still drawing a lot. I just wasn't scanning it in! So I spent the afternoon catching up!

These are some character designs I'm still finalizing. I'm having a rough time deciding on style, mostly. And the writing part... but I always struggle with writing. Oh well. It'll come!

Back!

All right.. I'm totally back! Christmas rush is over (obviously) and I recently (Wednesday) got back from a 2 week trip to Wales/England to visit my boyfriend! So now I'm gonna pull up my socks and get back in the game. So...

Just taking a quick break from my commission.

Holy crap! Nakedness! I'm not gonna lie: I'm on a HUGE Greek mythology kick right now. It's taking everything inside me to not draw something filled with some sexy gods and goddesses.
