Yeah, Beckett has her long hair.. but... I like it. I don't know how practical it is for a detective, but it's really pretty, so yay!

Need to work out the kinks and ink. Sigh. I miss being able to ink in Sai!

Man, it's been a rough week. Birthday week, St. Patty's day and to top it all off, I got EXTRA sick over the last week. It's been brutal!

However! I did find an old piece that I realized I never scanned.

I always did like Brandon's design. I think he's my most favourite character to draw. I love his moon-shaped face, haha.

Practice.

So, I'm doing my best to get as much practice working with the style of Archie comics as I can. I LOVE Dan DeCarlo's work, so it's really fun for me! Obviously I'm a long way from a legend like him, but I'm going to do my best either way!

So there we go! (Talk about needing more practice, eh?! Oh well!) My favourite Archie pairing.. EVER. BettyxJuggie is my faaavourite! Although, I'm starting to like ReggiexBetty in the new Archie Marries Veronica comics!

Old and New

Couple of sketches this week. One is a little piece of fan-art I'm working on and the other is an older piece I drew on a mark sheet back in school. Makes me really nostalgic. Man, I really miss school!

I'm doing my best to get into a life drawing class (man they're difficult to find around here!) so hopefully that'll cure my desperate need to get back into a classroom, haha. Of course, the studying of anatomy isn't a bad thing either! ;)
